    Lotus was exactly what I was looking for.  I just wanted some fried rice and wings and they gave me just that.  The egg roll was hot and crunchy. No mushy veggies... O hate them.  The rice was good and not sticky or mushy and the chicken was fried to protection.  When I'm in the mood for chineese and I'm in the area. I'll definitely swing by again. I dine out, but it's kinda small but does have seating available.  The overall place is clean. Customer service was great and my food was hot and cheap! Right up my alley!

    I always order from this place, and the food is usually good. Today I am so dissatisfied with the customer service. I asked for extra sauce, which the cashier assured me would be no issue. She did not tell me that the sauce tends to leak. When I got my food, this is what I received. I called in to complain and was given the runaround. I asked to speak with the boss, same situation. They did not offer to send any other sauce, they wanted me to finish my food out of the bottom of a dirty plastic bag. So displeased. I would have appreciated an apology at the very least. They are responsible for delivering quality food to the customer.

    Ordered delivery today $12 minimum if you're wondering. I ordered General Tso Chicken, came with an egg roll (pork) only option. Not the usual kick I was hoping for spice wise from General Tso Chicken, rice has carrots, peas and egg in it it was alright probably wouldn't order from there again. Delivery driver was nice but had dirty fingernails.

    Nothing but delicious silence as I chow down with my nephew.  If you want the kids silent for a while, feed them Lotus Chinese Cuisine.

    I would avoid this establishment.  The food is overcooked and flavors are not what you expect, or deserve.

    While the price is what you expect, it's just not worth it.
